Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors on the ordering of stationery, pantry refreshments and facilities maintenance/repairs of office for equipments/company vehicles.
Hotel and travel arrangements
Reception duties which includes handling of phone calls and visitors, and arrangement of courier services
Renewal of licences, certifications, insurance, road tax and etc
Filing of documents
Ad hoc admin support

Requirements:
Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in any field.
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office application
Possess positive working attitude and independent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and good team player
