Responsibilities:
To coordinate the front desk functions and guest reception
To answer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
To entertain enquiries, walk-in guests, supplier and etc.
To arrange and coordinate incoming & outgoing mail and courier services.
To support in coordinating operational, typing and administrative work.
 
Requirements:
SPM or equivalent, preferably with at least one year relevant working experience.
Fair communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Pleasant personality, friendly disposition and good telephone etiquette.
Proficient in MS Office
