Job Description:
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Manage Departments
Set-up, organize, manage, review and monitor the performance of all the Product & Marketing Dept., IT Dept, Network Support Dept, Finance & Administrative Dept and Inventory Dept.
Foster inter-departmental collaboration related to QNet Malaysia and intra-departmental collaboration between QNET Malaysia and the QI Group of Companies to ensure the successful implementation of all development and operations.
Oversee departments functional activities facilitate and resolve issues
Develop SOPs, communicate performance expectations and responsibilities on an ongoing basis to ensure that performance expectations for each department are clearly understood and adhered by reporting managers.

Manage Operations
Ensure that day to day operations of the organization are effectively and efficiently coordinated, implemented and completed. Some of the day to day operations include:
Ensure product purchases and payment are carried out smoothly
Ensure IT systems are running smoothly
Ensure product deliveries are made effectively
Ensure marketing tools are in place for the net-worker
Assist net-workers in any major enquires & concerns, etc.
Monitor the performance of the operations and service provided to the external customers to ensure that their deliverables such as product delivery, customer satisfaction and weekly commissions are being met.
Manage external IT systems and operations to ensure the smooth-flow of online applications & purchases. Monitor internal IT systems to ensure that the hardware’s & software’s are functioning effectively.
Monitor Distributor marketing tools to ensure complete and up-to-date information is provided at all times.

Manage Products & Services
Develop, coordinate, guide, manage the delivery and maintain the quality of products towards ensuring the best products and services are delivered to our Distributors.
Provide new product development according to the Distributors requirement.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with product suppliers, vendors, The V, marketers, Distributors and other related department in the QI group of companies in order to ensure that their business requirements are met.
Take a proactive role in ensuring that the company’s objectives and deliverables such as Distributors sales, Products, Customer Service, Commission Payouts, Marketing Tools, IT Systems and Product Deliveries are met.Provide GM & upper management with information in making effective decisions by determining and sharing pertinent information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
