Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- assist in conducting employee survey and investigations, formal or informal to collect feedback on current issues relating to company policy etc. Assist managers in managing staff issues in regards to disciplinary or process improvement. Responsible in collecting feedback from staff on current matters, interpreting and advising on employment legislation; listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures where necessary.
Industrial Relations
– to assist HR in handling employees disputes, grievances at staff level & provide opinion on legal requirement and precedents. Assist HR in conducting benefits surveys for Collective Agreement negotiation.
Safety
- responsible in ensuring safety compliance by assisting in safety drives whenever required.
Collating various data, performing analysis and reports in providing support and Continuous Improvement efforts to Production.
Training
- conduct Training Needs Analysis for the company and sourcing of capable trainers for such courses, developing HR Planning strategies with line managers, planning and sometimes delivering training which include inductions for new staff.

Responsible in submitting and monitoring all HRDF claims and ensure submission and reimbursement is performed in shorted time frame. Responsible to keep accurate record of all HRDF claims and update report on monthly basis.
Responsible for preparing Contract workers payroll and ensure payment is made on a timely manner with accuracy and to raise necessary action forms for all contract workers movements as per company's policy where applicable.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in either Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
Must have strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidates with experience working in large western manufacturing company will have an advantage.
Must be competent in using MS Office - Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Applicants must have good program management skills, able to drive programs from womb to tomb.
Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Caves.
Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
