Responsibilities:

To assist with handling of complaints and intervention proceedings
To draft complaints and attend to correspondence
To attend disciplinary hearings
To prepare memorandums, opinions and conduct research
To liaise with intervention solicitors, panel solicitors and the police

Requirements:

LLB (Hons) with at least 2 year practice experience (preferably with exposure to both litigation and conveyancing)
Has own transportation
Willing to travel outstation
Must be computer literate and ought to have excellent written and spoken command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently with a minimum of supervision
Meticulous with good organizational skills
