Responsibilities:
Assist the GM and/or Sales and Marketing Manager in the design development of all projects including drafting the design briefs, recommending innovative or latest features/ trend and checking and reviewing all design and finishes details in the draft building plans
Conducting regular market research into the latest property trends including making study tours to competitors' development and to furnish a monthly report together with pictures of the development visited to the GM
Assist the GM and/or the Sales and Marketing Manager in the conceptualization and the review of all marketing and branding collaterals to ensure the consistent delivery of brand message and  ensure the effective communication of the design intent of each project to the target markets
Responsible for posting information relating to projects on major social media, new applications and to maintain the same to ensure all information posted on those media is updated on timely basis
Assist in such other marketing related matters as the GM/ Sales and Marketing Manager may request from time to time

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years related experience in property marketing
Excellent in communication and presentation skills
Resourceful, creative and ability to work independently
