Responsibilities:
To supervise and manage a team of order processing specialists for the International Export and/ or Import Freight Forwarding division
Monitors and ensures all client order drops are processed completely, accurately and on a timely basis within FM's Freight Management System
To ensure all required carrier bookings are completed accurately and on a timely basis
Communicate and coordinate latest job status information to all parties involved in the supply chain
Manage and resolve all issues raised or encountered at job level with the customer and the internal organization
To ensure timely generation of all necessary documentation at the order processing level e.g. client invoices, packing list
Supports the KPI reporting and presentation process with the clients

Requirements:
Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Logistic Management, Maritime Studies or equivalent
Candidate should have a good understanding of the International Export and/ or Import Freight Forwarding process
Candidate should have a good understanding of INCOTERMS
Candidate should be familiar with the use of port systems
Candidate needs to have a strong competency in MSExcel
Experience with SAP Order Processing module would be an added advantage
Candidate is able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
