Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Requirements:
Preparation of monthly payroll by checking, entry of allowances, overtime payments and all related accounting records including statutory forms and reconciliation
To update and maintain employee's personal data, performance record, IR documents, HR related correspondence and etc
To support the HR Department on HR functions such as Recruitment, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits.
Assist in the implementation of Time Attendance & e-Leave roll out
Preparation of all HR & Admin related documents
Provides administrative support on maintenance of office equipment, company vehicles, renewals etc
Collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from company’s management from time to time
