Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquires about their travel itinerary by telephone, e-mail, and online chat
Input bookings manually into multiple online systems
Maintain good working relationship within the department as well as other departments
Ensure that customers receive the best possible service
Making a priority of confirming the customer’s requirements in the minimum amount of time possibl
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese with excellent communication skills (Company will provide test of skills)
Bachelor’s degree in any field, although the following are preferred: BBA / Travel & Tourism / English / Hotel Management / Humanities / Administration / Arts (languages)
Minimum 1 year experience in the field of hospitality and tourism or in a customer service role preferred
Ability to type in both English with minimum English typing speed of 35 wpm
Requires good knowledge of the Internet and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Must be flexible and be able to work AM and PM shifts on rotation and on weekends
Ability to multi task, work under pressure and on time- sensitive issues is essential
Must have a pleasant phone manner and be very service oriented
Self motivated, fast learner, highly organized with good time management skills
