Responsibilities:
Handle telephone call courteously and efficiently, demonstrating a professional customer care attitude to every caller.
Handle visitors courteously, make sure that they are immediately attended to.
Maintaining a neat and professional Front Office environment to reinforce a professional image to both internal employees and external customers.
Assist the operational processing functions including data entry, general administration, faxes and other clerical duties.
To maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
To perform other duties as assigned or needed and any other administrative tasks as required by management.
 
Requirements:
Minimum qualification at least SPM or higher.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate would be an added advantage.
Pleasant and independent in work assignments given and can work as a team.
Good telephone etiquette and personality.
