Responsibilities:
To assist Production Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of Production Department.
To work closely with the Industrial Engineer (IE) in improving and smooth upgrading of production operation through systematic time study and work flow process.
To effectively plan and maximize the utilization of resources on the production floor.
To monitor and review the periodical efficiency reports and to address any problems arising from it promptly.
To achieve all KPI that will be given by the management from time to time.
To review the daily rejection with counter measure and preventive action.
To monitor and review all report such as Production, Raw Material Usage, Rejection, Daily abnormality and etc. To highlight to the Assistant Manager when assistance is needed.
To perform any other tasks as and when required by the management from time to time.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
Required skill(s): Kaizan/LPS, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, SAP.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is an added advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
Preferably Junior/ Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
