Responsibilities:
Full spectrum of Human Resource functions, which includes:
Recruitment & Selection:
Assist manager in recruitment activities
Manage on advertisement channel purpose
Screening and compensation package comparison for offering purpose
Compensation & Benefits/Welfares
Conduct induction program for new employee;
Assist manager in administering welfare activities;
Issues and improve new HR manual policy company standards
Managing of compensation, benefit, welfare, safety and health to be fair and competitive and motivate employee, develop good working environment.
Preparing a handbook for the staff and broadcasting any amended of HR manual policy.
Establish terms and conditions and job description including revision.
Payroll Administration
Monthly payroll processing and related activities
Ensure summary report to Finance for payment statutory deduction.
Performance Evaluation
Maintain employees personnel record;
Implement and coordinate performance appraisal;
Training & Skill Development;
Coordinate training needs with functional head of department;
Schedule and coordinate training courses;
Maintain and update training statistics
Ensuring all training which available to claims under HRDF Scheme
Organisation Relations
Promoting and communicating organization culture;
Maintain employee discipline and harmony;
Handle employee relations issues and counselling on work-related issues;
Able to organize and arrange for company functions and events.
Human Resource Administration
Ensure that company policies and regulations are complied with labor and Industrial Relations Act.
Submission any perkeso case, termination JTK and so on
Entertain any staff issues highlighted and bring it up to management
Maintain a daily working relationship with all HOD on HR matters including recruitment concerns, extension or release of probationary period.
Perform any unhook task require by Superior.
Submission monthly report
Requirements:
Minimum Certification or Diploma in a related field.
At least 4~5 years working experience in telco communication business line.
Able to use Operational tools and have the knowledge in the process e.g USB Payroll System, HRDF Online, ING Online.
Leadership as interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate fairly well with staff.
Able to present freely using MS PowerPoint, spreadsheet, word processing and other presentation tools.
