Requirements:
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
Work with management to develop annual budgets and monthly rolling forecast 
Provides meaningful monthly analysis of variances and deviations to the management team
Assist in generating of monthly KPI and management scorecards.
Facilitate and monitor Working Capital and Cash Generation
Participate in management discussions relating to business and strategic planning
Identify, implement and maintain internal controls to meet requirements and best practices
Identify, review and implement process improvement initiatives with countries and supporting functions
Lead financial initiatives and projects as and when necessary
Minimum Degree in Accounting
5 years experience in business/sales in a multinational organization.
Strong analytical skills and a wizard in spreadsheet and financial analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Degree in Accountanting studies or Professional studies
3-5 years working experienced
Make recommendations to improve and/or enhance existing procedures and practices..
Responsible for organizing each team member to reconcile balance sheet accounts to its subsidiary ledger and checking each analysis result and assist on annual budget.
Analyze and adapt changes in financial guidelines (i.e. IFRS) into processes.
Responsible for accuracy of figures to ensure report quality.
Responsible for organizing, monitoring and leading the audit compliance work to ensure group and local statutory compliance.

To support to prepare and present financial reports for management’s decision making.

FINANCIAL ANALYST  - PJ
Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ ACCA / CPA or equivalent
2 -3 years of relevant working experience
Strong interpersonal skills, team player with good communication, with proven ability to partner across divisions and team members
Well verse in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and words
Work with business counterparts and accounting team to support business reporting model
Provide timely reporting of all financial and management reports
Support and perform monthly review on financial and business analysis required for business decision
Assist in financial planning, budgetary planning, cash flow planning, treasury and control functions
Assist in setting up internal control systems, financial policies and procedures.

Assistant Accountant (Costing) - Shah Alam
Assist in preparing product cost modelling & monitoring global sourcing product prices
Assist in preparing global sourcing periodical operation report including year end budget & mobthly forecast
Degree with 2 years experience in costing
