Responsibilities:
Provide good service standards to clients including ensuring meeting of service level agreements (SLA), managing clients’ expectations and maintaining client liaison.
Perform/ensure client setup internally and externally. Ascertain turn-around-times (TAT), standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines, conduct trainings and briefings, systems and telecommunications set-up (including integration), and ensure all matters pertinent to rendering of service is implemented.
Support client’s road shows, agency briefings, or any events organised / supported by the company.
Attend to all queries, complains and feedbacks from client including finding solutions to
resolve any problems.
Meet business prospect, prepare proposals and quotations including recommending new services to existing clients to improve business growth.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates who are interested in marketing and/or client servicing are encouraged to apply.
Candidates who are non-degree holders (eg. SPM and STPM) can also apply, provided they have at least 1 year working experience in the field of either customer services, marketing, sales or client servicing.
Candidates MUST be able to speak and communicate fluently in English.
Candidates who speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese are encouraged to apply.
