Responsibilities:

Planning all material supply requests, advising shortage and possible solutions.

Effecting the purchase and procurement of shortage materials upon instruction including all necessary documentation.

monitoring incoming/outgoing deliveries including proper documentation in accordance to planning andreporting the actual delivery/material status to the parties concerned.

Performing random stock checks

Prepare stock evaluation reports

Prepare documentation for final billing to customer

Requirements:

At least Diploma qualification (preferably in Logistic) to operate stock management programme for the company.
