Responsibilities:
Organize implementation of Carrefour Malaysia security policies and procedures in assigned store, to ensure safety and security of premises, customers and staff, including supervision of cash / stock control, within National Laws and Regulations.
Monitor security systems installation in store.
Supervise and monitor service level of security suppliers and report issues breaching Carrefour Malaysia security policies.
Organize security guards' work schedule in store and on premises and produce monthly human statistics (status of security team).
Receive customer complaints, conduct or supervise investigations of cases of unethical behavior or non-compliance with laws and policies.
Participate in commercial investigation in case of lost items.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation/Warehousing or equivalent or at least 5 long years working experience in security line.
Have minimum 3 years working experiences in security service or any related field and have knowledge in HSE & OSH.
Preferably with Military/Army/Police force background and working experience in a retail/shopping complex/building environment.
Have substantial knowledge of local security and occupational safety & health legislation/regulation and contract services, and knowledge of handling security electronic system such as CCTV, BAS, Public Address systems and security & fire alarm systems
Have strong analytical, written and oral communication skills and able to communicate well in English/Malay.
Possess an excellent planning and organizational skills, proven & effective leadership and people management skills.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Mature outlook on life with a can do attitude.
Team player with good people management skills.
Strategic and operational responsibilities preferably in nationwide role.
Accumulated project management and strategic execution experience.
