Responsibilities:
To perform any other task as assigned by superior from time to time
Assist sales team on sales or marketing matters
Promptly handle customer enquiries
Ensure compliance with customer’s standard operating procedures
Dealing with overseas partner on the various requirements and inquiries
Co-ordinate with import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
Liaise and co-ordinate with carriers/customers/suppliers/Customs, to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
Troubleshoot shipment issues
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate. Higher education level such as Diploma and Degree is an added advantage.
Language Skill (English) . Additional language ability such as Bahasa Melayu and Chinese is an added advantage
Computer Skill (Internet Skill + Microsoft Word + Microsoft Excel + Microsoft Presentation)
Able to work under pressure
A team player
Age 20-26
Salary (RM 1500 – 2500 per month)
Working Experience in same industry is an added advantage
