Responsibilities:

Responsible for the property management of the company’s property division, which consist of both commercial and high-rise residential condominiums.

Managing the property management team.

Ensuring the security and safety on work practices and procedures.

Ensuring building maintenance and facilities maintenance are carried out in accordance.

Ensuring the building is within the compliance with various code/building requirements.

Formulate and oversee the budget, credit control and billing, in order to maximise profit.

Execute handing over Vacant Possession for new condominiums & housing estate

Ensure the residents comply with the Resident House Rules, Renovation Guidelines and Moving Procedures.

To promptly attend to all defect rectification works.

Ensure all customer service and administration are properly executed.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline

Minimum 5 years experience in property management of high end high-rise condominium.

Team player who has demonstrated effective leadership, the desire to drive change and is motivated to exceed expectations

Good interpersonal and able to work independently

Analytical, resourceful, creative, result-oriented and self-motivated

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written and Spoken). Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin will be an added advantage

Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
