Responsibilities:
Assist to oversees the whole administration and corporate service functions.
Handle office stationery & grocery purchasing as well as IT hardware purchasing and the stocks control.
Maintaining proper records of company vehicles usage, service/ repair records, insurance & road tax renew.
Maintaining proper records of company contracts and follow up on renewal matters
Responsible for air tickets reservation and hotel accommodations arrangement for employees who are on business trip.
Assist in company trip and annual dinner planning and arrrangement.
HR Administration inclusive of employees insurance, attendance, leave and other related matters.
In charge on training development matters.
To assist in implementation and enforcement of human resources policies and ensure procedures are in place.
Actively support and able to handle HR enhancements projects which will be assigned from time to time.
Other ad hoc projects for HR & Admn Dept

Requirements:
Recognized Diploma or Degree in Management, Business Studies, Human Resource or equivalent.
Preferable to have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of working experience in Human Resources or office administration.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work with people from various cultural background.
Team player with ability to work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast paced changing environment.
Mature, dedicated, team player and able to work independently.
Pleasant personality with good social etiquette and a positive working attitude with the ability to work with tight deadline.
Must be computer literate and expert in microsoft software
Able to comunicate in Mandarin
