Responsibilities:
Able to perform troubleshooting of technical problems related to network, PC hardware, other peripherals and desktop applications for in-house users.
Respond in timely manner and provide corrective actions.
Perform regular preventive maintenance services and office applications (eg. Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of graphic design (illustrator and/or photoshop).
Responsible for maintaining and updating Company's website and Facebook page with relevant content.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years related working experience in the related field.
Above 30 years old.
Possess Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
Good communication skills, proactive and a good team player.
Fluent in English and Chinese (written & oral).
