Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the operations of the outlet ensuring that service and food presentation standards are maintained at all times and in accordance to O’Briens Standard.
Develop and plan creative strategies with the objective of increasing revenue through the development of regular food and beverage promotions.
To achieve the required sales and profit target for the Outlet.
Provide guidance to others to lead and generate the team work efficiently to achieve the required standards as well as co-ordinates the activities of the outlet to maximize customer service, revenue, productivity and efficiency.
To deliver the highest standard quality of service by handling customer complaints, conducting customer service evaluation and achieving the customer service rating target.
Co-ordinate and control the costing / purchasing to establish and maintain inventories at minimum level without jeopardizing the availability of menu items and outlet operation.
To monitor the performance of staff and provide necessary training for them with an aim to improve and maintain highest quality of services.

Requirements:
Supervisory level of at least 1-4 years experience in Food & Beverage industry.
Preferred skills: POS System, Decision Making & Customer Service.
Knowledge and experience in Catering Service and ability to cope with outside catering and delivery events will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, team player and hands on in operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English.
Positive work attitude, pleasant appearance and excellent grooming standards.
Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment to ensure the operations of the outlet runs smoothly and effectively.
