Responsibilities:
Handling the company's requirements in shipping and land transportation for local and export deliveries
Preparing all shipping documets (e.g.invoices, delivery orders,etc) and other documents for tax exemption submission, custom submission and clearance
Liaise with local and overseas customer on deliveries and shipment
Perform monthly LMW reporting as per LMW standards
Coordinate with the production and store pertaining to export requirements
Liaise with the government bodies (e.g.Custom Dept, MITI, FMM etc)

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate or Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing firm
Well versed in Logistic Management and freight forwarding
Computer literate and familiar with MS Words & Excel
Possess good interpersonal & communication skills in coordinating with internal department and external parties
Good command in English and Bahasa Melayu, both oral and written
Knowledge of LMW licensing is an added advantage
Highly committed, self motivated, possess good attitude towards learning and self discipline
