Responsibilities:
Assist in all matters pertaining to general office administration.
Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately and courteously.
Assist walk in guest, visitor & purchase.
Perform general clerical duties to include but no limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing & failing.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
Handle day to day incoming & outgoing documents/mails for postage, courier services and dispatch by having the record in place.
Compile & forward courier consignment noted to accounts department monthly for payment.
Perform and organize other general administration duties as and when required by management.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Secondary school/SPM/'O"level, Higher Secondary/STPM?'A" level or Pre-U, any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Preferable Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administration support or equivalent.
Age range: 22-40 years and must be female.
Good command of spoken and written in English is a must.
Able to adapt work in fast-paced envirolment and must be able to work independently or as a team, under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office Applications.

Energetic, enthusiastic and with high level of integrity;
Willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, with strong communication and public relations.
