Responsibilities:
Handling all matters pertaining to staffs compensation and benefits including monitor, verified and process the benefits entitlement, processing claims, issuing Guarantee Letter, coordinating staff's recognition awards and events, etc.
Handling all matters pertaining to Occupational Safety and Health.
Establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
Assist in other areas of HR, ie. Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Planning, Training etc.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
MUST have at least 3 years of working experience in HR field.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Compensation & Benefit, OSHA or equivalent.
Certified OSHA Officer under NIOSH, is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with strong English, spoken & written
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills needed to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
Quickly grasps and applies new job-related information.
