Responsibilities:
Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes
Provides customer additional information or explains services
Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public
Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
Accurately captures customer information
Creates and maintains service reports

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Preferably candidate who is able to speak mandarin.
