Responsibilities:
Responsible in sourcing, negotiating, compiling & processing of material purchase for the best interest of company (quality & cost)
Undertake to improve and monitor vendors' performance in terms of pricing, delivery and quality.
Identify, qualify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure suitability and cost effectiveness of purchase.
Involve in the implementation of policies, procedures and processes and ensure they are compliance with DIALOG code of conduct

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 to 10 years of experience in purchasing/buyer position in commercial evaluation of vendor's quotes in the oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery or oil terminal construction industries
Familiar with Piping materials, Steel Structural materials, Civil/Pile materials, Construction Heavy Equipment
Good working attitude and mindset
Able to work independently
Posses a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
