Responsibilities:
To assist the HR Manager in the daily operations matter.
Responsible in monthly payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO contributions, ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements and datelines that are in practice.
Handle renewal of foreign workers’ work permit and immigration matters.
Assist in handling staff disciplinary issues.
Ensure employee welfare & benefits are administered in accordance with the terms & conditions of employment.
Assist in any other related assignments as required from time to time.

Requirements:
Professional Certificate/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2 years relevant working experience preferably in manufacturing environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications and good computer skills.
Proficient and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
Possess knowledge of HR practice and current Labour Law/ Industrial Relations/ Statutory requirements.
Knowledge in Timesoft payroll software is an added advantage.
Possess strong sense of responsibilities, committed and result oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
