Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to the customer in implementing agreed business solutions, through programming and testing of software components.
Conduct the necessary IT testing and implement configuration changes.
Install changes into the production environment using appropriate changes and release management procedures.
Perform application performance monitoring and tuning in order to maintain optimal levels of performance.
Prompt, thorough and efficient reponses to customer support issues.
Re-creation and verification of reported customer problems.
Provision of solutions or alternatives to customers' problems and issues.
Working as a crucial component of a project team responsible for enhancing existing systems or developing new systems.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Possess sound written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and work in a team environment.
have a strong troubleshooting skills, creative, innovative and have a strong work ethic.
ERP implementation experience will be preffered.
Strong experience in COBOL.
Strong skills in Perl, Javascript, Unix (Shell Scripting) and windows server (Batch Scripting) preffered.
Relational Database Management focusing on Oracle (PL/SQL) and SQL Server.

Middle Ware (OC4J, Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, COBRA, Tuxedo, and others).
Must be a Malaysian citizen/resident and be able to work in Kuala Lumpur.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
