Responsibilities:
May be responsible for resolving customer/client issues.
Also research billing or payment inquiries.
Involved in Sales,they may required to up sell or educate customers/clients on various products and services.
Follow up with customer/clients questions and escalate any unusual issues to a Head of  Superior.
To comply with all specific responsibilities stipulated in the Quality Management System documentations.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
