Responsibilities:
Assist the Human Resources Director in the development and implementation of HR strategies required to support the Company's overall business plan.
Exposure to recruitment, training & development, IR, HR admin, payroll and / or general HR exposure a prerequisite.
Effectively communicate and interpret HR policies across Asia
Assist in developing, implementing and administering the Group's rewards and benefits policies, would be an advantage with Mercer or Hay experience.
Review the Group's salary structure and benefits provision and participation in salary benchmarking survey to ensure the Group pay competitiveness in the market.
Able to write job descriptions in line with business requirement.
Requirements:
Tertiary education, preferably in the field of Human Resource Management.
Minimum 5 years Human Resource Managerial experiences with good command of English
Mandarin speaking and writing skills are critical
Knowledge on accounting would be an advantage.
