Responsibilities:
Technical Lead for software development projects and work with various technical and support teams
Design and develop complete software applications and platforms for technology transfer to local ICT industry
Develop software architecture and platforms
Work closely with research groups to integrate new technologies into new software applications and platforms
Ensure software development compliance to CMMI standards
Direct reports should not exceed 3 people

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
Minimum 6 years related experience in software development
Knowledge in desktop and web application development
Strong knowledge in any of the following programming languages – .NET / C#
Familiar with Microsoft technologies such as Visual Studio 2010, .Net 3.5/4.0, internet technologies such as IIS Server, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML and CSS and database technologies such as MySQL
Familiar with formal software development process (SDLC, CMMI etc)
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Willing to work in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah
