Responsibilities:
To plan, execute, monitor and evaluate the progression of various games in charged.
To manage and maintain the over operations of the game and publishing new updates, announcements, server maintenance, etc.
Involve in developing and planning to support the games’ promotion activities such as new game launches, PR events, exhibitions, media planning, etc.
To collaborate and develop relationships with developers and/or distributors for new game launches, game updates, testing, promotions, etc.
To lead the whole project team and to ensure goals and targets are accomplished in a timely manner.
Determine product pricing, sales and programs for promotional activities.
Having strong awareness of the changes or movements of the market trends and be responsible for establishing promotion strategies by analyzing trends and researching opportunities.

Provide feedback from players or serve as a mentor to ensure games are gradually being improved and updated from time to time.

Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Mass Communications, Advertising or any related field with 2 years of working experience.
Experienced with MMORPG and deep familiarity with online games operations and processes would be an added value.
Good business acumen, strong problem solving skills and having high creativity capability in formulating marketing strategies and business plans.
Team player with good interpersonal, multi-tasking, comfortable working across teams and
interacting with various departments.
Able to work under pressure, independently and meeting tight deadlines.
Candidates with working experience in Online Gaming Industry are encouraged to apply.
Good oral and written communication skill in Chinese, English and Malay is a MUST.
