Responsibilities:
Assist in purchasing of raw materials and other material requirements
Assist to souce, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in term of price, quality, terms and delivery with suppliers
Maintain complete updated purchasing records/ data and pricing in the systems
Assist to plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products
Assist to monitor and co-ordinate deliveries or items between suppliers (local and overseas)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U,
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Well versed in writing & Speaking in English and Mandarin
Liaise with local and overseas suppliers, forwarder / shipping agents
Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Inventory system, such as SQL
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Working Hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (5 days week)
