To provide monthly report on overall operations and physical condition of the common area of the Taylor’s Lakeside Campus and The Boardwalk Commercial Building;
To advise and recommend compliance with all regulations and by laws as per relevant legislation and local authorities;
To prepare monthly/yearly departmental budget.
Possess leadership quality with excellent organisation and problem solving skills
excellence communications at all levels of management and strong people management skills
Proactive with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Fluent in written and spoken English
Knowledge of and skills in using computer software e.g. Microsoft software applications
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Building Management or equivalent in the relevant specialized field
Minimum Six (6) years overall facilities management experience, with at least 3 years managing commercial buildings of at least 3 million sq.ft.
Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and trouble-shooting capabilities.
Have the knowledge in Facilities Management
Able to handle large volume of works
Accuracy and thoroughness in his work
Able to plan and set priorities and deadlines
Possess strong problem solving skills and must be creative, hard-working and demonstrate good initiative.
