Responsibilities:
To assist in coordinating (by phone) sales activity between retailer, copywriter and photographer.
To coordinate with team leader (or sales team) and plan on promotion publication schedule.
To prepare relevant document and payment upon promotion expiration of promotion through our system.
To provide customer service support (by email).
To organise and arrange which publication of promotion.
Other responsibilities entrusted from time to time by superior.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or its equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese (Bonus).
Good command of written and oral English.
Good computer literate (MS Office)
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates may also be considered.
Pleasant, confidence and independent personality.
Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.
Preferably Non-Executive Specializing in Clerical / administrative Support or equivalent.
