Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Manager in providing full administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports.
Handles new product sell in.
Prepare monthly delivery plan and delivery schedules per counter.
Coordination between logistics and counter to ensure timely delivery of stocks.
Assist Sales Manager in organising and coordinating all activities initiated by Sales Department including Sales Conferences and Incentive Trips.
Handles flight booking and hotel accommodation arrangement for the department.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): good with figures

Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Computer literate: Strong in MS Excel and Power Point
Good attention to details, manage figures.
Good organisation and communication skills.
Full-Time position available.
