Responsibilities:
Plan production activities, production meetings, and quality of products.
Optimize production capacity in relation to finished goods inventory requirement.

Maintenance product standards through vigilant administration of high manufacturing standard, employee awareness and training programs, adherence to high level of housekeeping standards etc.

Provide positive employee relations to ensure the achievement of productivity objectives and maintenance of high morale at all levels within the workforce.

Formulate, develop and implement policies and action plans to maximise production.

Requirements:
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Self-motivated with good leadership qualities

Ability to manage and able to work independently

Good hands-on experience in formulating and implementing systems with good documentation experience.
