Responsibilities:
The incumbent reports to the Head of Human Resources. He/She will be responsible to handle the full spectrum of Human Resources functions such as Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Payroll and HR Administration matters.
Requirements:
A recognized degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in banking industry/unionized environment.
Familiar with HR policies, Employment Act, Labor Law and Trade Union Act.
Competent in negotiation of Collective Agreement (CA).
Knowledge of basic accounting is an added advantage.
Highly self-motivated and disciplined with excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
