Responsibilities:
To conduct product testing, analysis, and document results
Prepare product installation and support guidelines
To participate in all respect of product development & modification, product application & performance, and product approval & certification
Prepare product specification sheets
Troubleshooting on defective items and product warranty. 

Requirements:
Higher Secondary/SPM/Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
2 years related working experience
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Systematic and organized and a good team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
5.5 working days a week
