Responsibilities:
Fully in charge of Business Development in term of new projects, customer feedback, strategic planning etc.
To ensure business plans are implemented based on company goals and reviewed based on market requirements.
To maintain and enhance existing customer satisfaction and act as window for customer's purchase and sales.
To handle customers RFQ and respond within targeted time by customers.
To follow up and monitor on all projects in the pipe line and come out with action plans.
To start the APQP for all new projects and implementation of the Quality Management System effectively in the Department.
To assist the management in the future strategic planning for the Company.

Requirements:
Possess a recognized Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Economics/ Marketing/ Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experience preferably marketing or Business Development in foundry or manufacturing industry.
Good and wide exposure in managing new projects, product pricing and managing customers.
Able to work independently, People oriented, good communication skills and committed with a strong sense of urgency.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
A highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
