Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support within the Company & assist in Human Resource functions
Office maintenance and up-keep, license renewal, insurance renewal, road tax renewal
Staffs’ disciplinary matters & foreign workers’ management.
In-charge of renewing/applying working permits of foreign workers’ & liaises with the immigration office.
To assist in daily administrative work
To maintain and update the filing of documents
Ad-hoc assignment by superior
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Others or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
