Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the hotel.
Assist in the development and setting up of the Hotel Management system to function on a long term basis.
Draw financial plans, manage budgets and control expenditure.
Plan, promote and market the hotel facilities and services.
Setting and achieving room sales, room revenue targets and occupancy rates.
Recruiting, training and monitoring staff of the various department.
Plan, build and retain team work amongst staff in all the various departments to support the operations of the hotel.
Attending to guest complaints.
Dealing with feedbacks and comments from guests.
Assist in the development of a service culture to enhance the image and loyalty of guests.
To maintain a consistently high standard of customer service by ensuring all services provided by the hotel are always available and carried out with utmost efficiency and courtesy.
Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovation and furnishing.
Attend all management and / or associations meetings.
To assist any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Troubleshooting and solving problems.
To report directly to the Directors of the company.

REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Either possess a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent based on working experience in the management of hotels.
Possess the required management skills and communications skills of hotel management.
Good interactive skills.
Excellent organization skills.
One full-time position available .
Required skill(s): MS SQL Server.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
