Responsibilities:
Must be presentable and Female.
Answering incoming calls, transferring to appropriate staff, taking & distributing messages, greeting visitors, handling requests for information.
Distribute incoming faxes to staff.
Picks up mails and parcels and handling courier,
Maintains office supplies placing orders, purchasing, receiving orders, searching for quotation and etc.
Maintains office equipment eg. photocopy & fax machines ensuring in good working order.
General administrative clerical works such as filing, sorting and distributes incoming mail for staff.
To assist other departments as and when necessary.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
