Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, developing and implementation of the human resources functions which includes the policies and procedures, industrial relations, recruitment, salary administration and day-to-day running of the HR department.
Assist in planning, coordinating, compiling and editing articles for Internal Newsletter.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Those without the required qualification but possess relevant working experience may be considered.
Minimum 2 years working experience at supervisory level, preferably in a unionized environment.
Sound knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and related legislation.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiar with computerized payroll system.
Must be computer literate.
