Responsibilities:

To provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, typing, faxing, emailing, photocopying, scanning, filing and dispatching of all correspondences.

To update client's database and monthly summary production report.

To follow up outstanding issues with respective suppliers.

To assist in the design and preparation of projects flyers and handouts, if any.

To provide administrative support to respective sales managers such as submitting application form, monitor monthly premium due list and monthly birthday list.

Daily check on respective supplier's website for latest news or updates.

Daily check on company's email.

To assist in handling in Facilities applications and maintenance for the office i.e broadband, webcan, phone line, maintenance of computers and etc.

To ensure that all correspondences and enquiries have been processed and action, where necessary and that all records are files systematically for speedy retrieval.

To key in company's account on a monthly basis.

To control usage of stationery, office material for the office.

To maintain records on employees' annual/medical leaves and reimbursement of claims.

To arrange for business card printing.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM or a Professional Certificate in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Applicants must be willing to work in Penang.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Good command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

Able to work at fast speed and meet deadlines.

Computer literate-Microsoft Office (preferably PowerPoint, Excel & Words).

Good people skills. Love to interact with people from all levels.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Good organizational and administrative skill and multi-tasking skill.

Must be able to do basic book keeping.

Attention to detail.
