Responsibilities:
Report to the Director of Operations & Administration.
Bookkeeping & banking.
Invoicing & collection.
Supplier administration.
Employee salaries & related payments.
Office maintenance.

Requirements:
Full-Time position only.
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Clerical or Secretarial Services.
Required skill(s): Bookkeeping, Admin Work.
Able to use MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Familiarity with MYOB, UBS or other accounting packages will be an advantage.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
Own transportation an advantage.
