Responsibilities:
Providing 2nd level product and application support of Standard Industrial and Weighing related instruments for the Asia Pacific region
Preparation and rollout of product training and launches throughout Asia Pacific countries.
Analyzing user requirements, troubleshooting problems and recommending solutions.
Actively participate in local marketing activities, such as seminars, exhibitions, campaigns and in advanced product demonstrations.
Developing relevant marketing materials such as white papers, application notes/case studies and presentation materials.
Corresponding with overseas Production Organizations to facilitate market intelligence, product development, and testing.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
With minimum of five years working experience in preferably a technical and/or sales/marketing role in a Weighing/Measurement Equipment, System Integrator or Factory Automation Company.
Computer knowledge in software and hardware are essential.
Strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure independently.
Strong communication skills and able to work in teams of highly technical and non-technical members
Initiative, reliable, proactive, endurance and enthusiasm to continuously excel and learn
Fluent in English both spoken and written, proficiency in other Asian language will be an added advantage
Willing to travel overseas within short notice
