Responsibilities:
Secretary to Senior Management
Able to handle the full spectrum of secretarial duties
Type correspondence, documents and reports
Assist in admin matters and filing
Organise and coodinate meetings
Arrange appointments and make travel arrangements
Requirements:
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
Excellent written and oral English
Able to take minutes
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
