Responsibilities:
The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Finance Manager.   His / Her key functions are as follows:-
 
•Preparation of the Consolidated Financial Reports, Company’s Forecast, Budget and Business Plan inclusive of corporate planning.
•Preparation of Board papers (i.e. financial statements, banking facilities etc.) and also the presentation materials to be submitted and presented to the Board.
•Performing relevant analytical review on monthly management reports and highlight operational matters with significant financial impact on Company’s performance.
•Monitoring daily and month-end transactions and ensuring timely preparation and reporting of monthly accounts and reports.
•Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and practices and updating the latest FRS that relate to the Companies/ Industry environment.
•Analyzing the performance of the Company by comparing the actual financial result with the approved budget.
•Liaising with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers and corporate shaholders on Companies’ related issue and preparing tax computation.
•Monitoring the capital expenditure utilization is in accordance with the approved budget.
•Monitoring Company’s fixed assets register.

Requirements:
•Aged 28 years old and above
•Degree in Accountancy and a member of MIA or professional Accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or its equivalent
•At least five (5) years working experience in a reputable audit firm.
•Able to do standard costing, actual costing, variance analysis etc.
•Proactive, high integrity, good attitude, result oriented, resourceful and able to multi-task, meeting tight deadlines in a challenging environment.
•Strong management and organizational skills.
•Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate well with various levels.
•Analytical and meticulous for details.
