Responsibilities:
Prepare all documents for check-in and check out as well as room keys, access cards, tag master and filing.
Managing Rooms Reservations and answering phone enquiries.
Provides courteous service to guests and responds promptly and tactfully to guest complaints, request and inquiries.
To supervise the Front Office operations, including the Reception, Guest Relations ensuring standards procedures are fully known and followed.
To ensure appropriate stock level for the smooth run of the Front Office operations and to prepare requisitions accordingly.
To ensure the guest arrival lists are updated, transportation and airport services are scheduled and to block all the rooms according to guest requests and needs.
To update guest check-out and extension record.
To liaise closely with the Sales and Marketing, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Finance Department on all guests related issue.
To ensure the strict control of room keys and section keys.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level /Diploma in any field.
Good Command in English – written and spoken, multi-lingual desirable
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Pleasant personality and presentable appearance with cheerful disposition and good telephone etiquette.
Excellent interpersonal skill, people-oriented and ability to interact with all levels.
Computer literate
